摘要: Titanium substitution can improve the multiferroic properties of bismuth ferrite materials, albeit structural changes that this dopant produces in perovskite structure BiFeO3 are still not well understood. Due to its high sensitivity, Raman spectroscopy be a useful tool for trailing incorporation. In work, we study spectra undoped and Ti4+-doped ceramics also contain small amounts secondary phases – as it is usual materials system. The micro-Raman together with rigorous derivative analysis experimental recorded at low temperature (73 K) enables, first time, identification bands associated phase those belonging minor phases. comparison between indicates some titanium added composition interacts while only partial amount actually incorporates into phase.
