摘要: Glycogen storage in human organism is providing reserve source of glucose which critical for normal functioning the nervous system during periods between meals and also important many other tissues. Overwhelming excessive consumption carbohydrates decreasing physical activity among world population lead to dramatic increase incidence mortality related cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome diabetes mellitus type 2. There an observation that interventions with proved clinical efficiency like activity, intermittent fasting, caloric restriction some pharmacological treatments have common ability decrease content glycogen liver skeletal muscles. This effect leads increased these organs uptake next dose store it form glycogen. Moreover significant life span extension, provide better body fitness prevent development multiple age-related diseases. In contrast load saturation tissues a shift toward synthesis fatty acids by liver. advanced stages decreased tolerance, insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia, disease, impairment function derangements cholesterol metabolism are observed. It suggested noninvasive measurement could serve as diagnostic follow-up parameter practice healthy lifestyle wide groups.
