摘要: Purpose A common and serious problem after living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) of small grafts is small-for-size syndrome (SFSS). Although hyperdynamic portal inflow hypertension are cornerstones in the development SFSS, inadequate outflow may aggravate SFSS. Therefore, enlargement tract by incision anterior rim orifice right hepatic vein (RHV) has been advocated for lobe LDLT. But backwards tilt a graft into large abdominal cavity lead to choking otherwise anastomosis thus we propose posterior RHV.
