摘要: This study aimed to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with Lactobacillus plantarum and Bacillus subtilis on growth performance, apparent nutrient digestibility stress-related indicators in dairy calves. Twenty-four neonatal Holstein calves were randomly allocated three treatments: a basal diet no (control), supplemented 1.7 × 10(10) CFU per head day (CFU/h.d) L. GF103 (LB group) or mixture (1.7 CFU/h.d) B. B27 10(8) (LBS group). Dry matter intake (DMI), average daily gain (ADG), feed conversation ratio (FCR), nutrients measured this trail. The result indicated that significant differences observed DMI ADG (p > 0.05), but FCR was improved LB group over first 12 weeks 0.05). not altered by probiotics week 6 total phosphorus significantly greater LBS groups 8 0.05); additionally, an increase crude protein detected Oral administration alone T-lymphocyte transformation rate days 58 62 while adding increased 0.05) decreased content cortisol No between results suggested oral relieved weaning stress calves, additional obtained subtilis.
