摘要: The sizes and structures of fluorous molecules are analyzed, particularly with respect to the helical conformations perfluoroalkyl segments their phase separation in crystal lattices. Basic molecular properties, bond energies, special bonding motifs reviewed. Solubility, adsorption, related phenomena treated. Miscibilities solvents, partition coefficients solutes fluorous/organic biphase mixtures, analyzed. Electronic effects NMR properties discussed, some reactions involving fluorinated parts substances presented.
