Influence of Mg doping on dielectric and optical properties of ZnO nano-plates prepared by wet chemical method

摘要: Abstract Mg-doped ZnO nano-plates were successfully prepared by the low cost wet chemical method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern revealed a polycrystalline pure hexagonal wurtzite structure. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to study morphology of synthesized samples. Further, Energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) measurement confirmed presence Mg elements in matrix. The UV–visible reflectance applied effect dopant on band gap ZnO. result showed slight decrease with doping. In addition, dielectric analyses obtained samples done wide frequency range and electronic properties doped analyzed using various theoretical models. These results suggested that have potential applications optoelectronic devices. detail.
