摘要: Abstract Lipid-coated microbubbles (LCMs) can be labeled with lipophilic fluorescent dye, and such dye-labeled LCMs are readily internalized by tumor cells both in vitro vivo. also function as a targeted drug-delivery vehicle, for drugs (such the anticancer drug paclitaxel), specifically to tumors. For example, vivo data (reviewed herein) indicate that paclitaxel lastingly incorporated into LCMs. In treatment rats, using two different models, indicated intravenously injected paclitaxel–LCM delivered site, exert measurable biological effect an antitumor activity.
