摘要: A process for fabricating pre-sintered zirconia blanks that are then computer machined and sintered to form dental appliances having highly advantageous features. The principal steps of a preferred embodiment comprise a) preparing ceramic slurry binderless powder; b) subjecting the attrition milling down about 5-29 nm crystallite size; c) vacuum assisted pressure slip casting mold pouring milled into slip-casting mold; d) after casting, excess is poured from consolidated blank removed; e) drying pre-sintering it solid ready CAD/CAM machining sintering net shape. run with ball bearings sample material prevent contamination. It also run, up 24 hours, break crystallites overcome high density zirconia.
