摘要: Flexib ility in design of waste-to-energy (WTE) systems provides ways to achieve environ mental and economic sustainability under uncertainty. However, when how exercise the flexibility remains challenging face growing This paper considers flexib as a mechanism ensure better for WTE with long-term lifecycles. Specifically, capacity expansion is considered. A mult istage stochastic programming model proposed stochastically optimal decision ru le guide making on expansion. An algorith m based Lagrangian decomposition developed solve model. Experiments show that expected net present value (ENPV) flexible significant improvement over fixed rigid terms lifecycle performance. Furthermore, by being able make decisions any time period available information uncertainties are resolved, mu ltistage can higher than two-stage model, which has been used urban infrastructure systems.
