摘要: We present the first detection of near-infrared CN absorption band in nuclear spectra active galactic nuclei (AGNs). This feature is a recent star formation tracer, being particularly strong carbon stars. The equivalent width line correlates with that CO at 2.3 μm as expected stellar populations (SPs) ages between ~0.2 and ~2 Gyr. presence 1.1 sources taken unambiguous evidence young/intermediate SPs close to central source AGNs. Near-infrared bands can be powerful age indicators for connected AGNs, understanding which crucial context galaxy AGN feedback.
