摘要: The invention relates to a poly(β-amino ester (PBAE) or derivative thereof, for use as vehicle transporting an agent into cartilage tissue. In particular, PBAE derivatives are combined with agents and in particular therapeutic form complexes. Certain complexes novel these described claimed, together pharmaceutical compositions methods using them.
