摘要: Abstract. Banks grass mite, Oligonychus pratensis (Banks), is a major pest of maize, Zea mays L., causing significant economic loss yield maize grown for grain. However, damage and to silage are not well documented. This study evaluated associated with infestation by different numbers mites (noninfested check, low, medium, large) subsequent effects on quality harvested silage. Mite densities in each the designated infested treatments steadily increased weekly, but at level, until after Aug 10.
