摘要: This study aimed to perform a comparative analysis of the diversity endophytic fungal communities isolated from leaves and branches Rhizophora mangle, Avicennia schaueriana Laguncularia racemosa trees inhabiting two mangroves in state Sao Paulo, Brazil [Cananeia Bertioga (oil spill-affected unaffected)] summer winter. Three hundred forty-three fungi were identified by sequencing ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 region rDNA. Differences observed frequencies these three different plant species sampled oil oil-unaffected mangrove sites winter; differences indicate potential impact on area due spill. The molecular identification showed that community associated with is composed at least 34 genera, most frequent which Diaporthe, Colletotrichum, Fusarium, Trichoderma Xylaria. Shannon Chao1 indices [H′(95 %) = 4.00, H′(97 %) = 4.22, Chao1(95 %) = 204 Chao1(97 %) = 603] indicated possesses vast richness fungi. data generated this revealed large reservoir genetic Brazilian forests highlighted substantial between distinct tissues, species, impacted sampling seasons.
