摘要: The study aimed at being a mycological evaluation of spring barley grain harvested from the barley-pea intercrop, on which different methods weed control had been used. field experiment was carried out during 2010-12 and it conducted using randomized block design in four replicates. Weed mechanical (spring-tine harrow treatment variable intensity) chemical (herbicide Chwastox Extra 300 SL – 3L per ha). Fungal colonization tests were disinfected non-disinfected grains. research has shown statistically significant differences total number fungi isolated grains particular years study, between objects, some cases years. fungus most frequently all variants Alternaria alternata. Penicillium chrysogenum only Presented results show that treatments appropriately adjusted intensity do not increase fungal mixed culture with peas, as compared to herbicidal control. best variant for cereal-legume mixture terms quality one passage spring-tine full tillering stage barley. Mechanical may be an alternative herbicides mixtures particularly important organic integrated farming.
