摘要: Research on the role of dopamine (DA) in control behavior was initiated with studies by Randrup and colleagues early 60’es (e.g., et al., 1965). However, direct study DA receptors began discovery 1972 sensitive adenylate cyclase rat striatum (Kebabian 1972). In 1975, tritiated haloperidol introduced as a compound for labelling (Creese 1975; Burt Seeman 1975). Comparing pharmacological characteristics stimulated 3H-haloperidol binding, it readily apparent that does not label same site one through which exerts its effects cyclase. These discrepancies between binding data functional data, resulted few years later postulated existence Kebabian Calne (1979) two types designated D1 D2. The receptor defined means coupling stimulatory fashion to while D2 associated an inhibitory or uncoupled from effector system.
