This study was designed to determine possible association of PMLs. Over 28 months consecutive rural patients with dyspepsia were categorized into 3 groups: 1—normal, 2—ulcerative or without concurrent abnormality, 3—abnormal non-ulcerative. Biopsies antrum body taken from all included examined for presence PMLs. Any mucosal abnormality also biopsied. From 7340 evaluated patients, an overall 1973 included. 55.7% in group 1; 3.8% 2 40.5% 3. A within sex analysis showed that majority male subgroup (P < 0.001) likewise groups (P < 0.001). The prevalence significantly higher than 1 (P < 0:001) but difference significant (P = 0.484). Mean (±SD) age patient 50.25 ± 17.71 whereas 41.16 ± 16.48 (P < 0.001). This has abnormal findings, increased can be considered as risk factors formation Until further investigations we propose any on mucosa (ulcerative non-ulcerative) could biopsied evaluation probable especially old men.
