摘要: Dynamically inspecting steel rail wear by the laser image system suffers from vibrations on camera and emitter, which leads to varying extrinsic parameters distorted profile, respectively. In paper, a novel profile calibrating method is presented address these issues. This involves self-calibration of parameters, based coordinate sets projection constructed standard one quadruple projecting primitives including jaw, railhead, waist, foot intersection. To remove effect random vibrations, we calibrate it onto plane x − y world frame. We compared our procedure with other established methods. The results show its effectiveness superiority for dynamically measuring wear.
