摘要: The expression of clock genes in vertebrates is widespread and not restricted to classical structures1,2. the Clock gene zebrafish shows a strong circadian oscillation many tissues vivo culture, showing that endogenous oscillators exist peripheral organs3. A defining feature clocks they can be set or entrained local time, usually by environmental light–dark cycle4,5. An important question whether are time signals from central pacemakers such as eyes themselves directly light-responsive. Here we show organ cycles culture. We also zebrafish-derived cell line contains oscillator, which light entrained.
