摘要: Abstract We analyze a one-dimensional model of nonuniform charge-density wave presented in the form periodic chain phase solitons interacting with defects. Taking into account screening by free charge carriers, we calculate response system to weak ac current. It is shown that dielectric constant Re ϵ as function temperature T has peak at low and dependence on frequency ω impurity content agrees qualitatively experimental data.
