摘要: The article analyses customers satisfaction in services of public institution „National regions development agency“. A problem is formed by the question: if agency“ are satisfied organization? Research goal – having analyzed theoretical assumptions determining satisfaction, to assess Theoretical grounding customers’ was performed applying methods summarizing analysis scientific literature. To perform empirical research customers‘ there applied a questionnaire method. results questionning were anlalyzed usin method statistical analysis. indicated that most satisfy expectations.
