摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to characterize in canine oocytes and cumulus cells the dynamic expression growth differentiation factor 9 (GDF-9) relation meiotic development expansion throughout in vitro maturation (IVM). Cumulus complexes (COCs) from ovaries adult bitches were cultured intact for IVM during 0, 48, 72, 96 hours. At 0 hours or after IVM, COCs divided into two groups: one group remained with their other extracted. levels GDF-9 determined both groups using indirect immunofluorescence Western blot analysis. For assay, in vivo-matured collected oviducts also used as a positive control. nuclear stage analyzed parallel 4′-6-diamidino-2-phenylindole staining denuded all maturing groups. intensity fluorescence, indicative level, decreased time (P
