摘要: An evaluation of data obtained in (n,n{sup '}gamma) experiments reveals strong M1 3{sub i}{sup -}->3{sub 1}{sup -} transitions nuclei near the N=50 ({sup 92}Zr, {sup 94}Mo, and 96}Mo), Z=50 112}Cd 114}Cd), N=82 144}Nd) shell closures. The observed matrix elements scale with connecting mixed-symmetric symmetric quadrupole excitations. In accordance a picture mixed two-component quantum system, energy difference between initial state octupole phonon is proportional to | element. possibility assigning 3{sup states interest as isovector discussed.
