摘要: Whereas hepatocytes secrete the major human plasma high density lipoproteins (HDL)-protein, apo A-I, as lipid-free and lipidated species, biogenic itineraries of A-II E are unknown. Human HepG2 cell-derived occur monomers, homodimers heterodimers. Dimerization A-II, which is more lipophilic than catalyzed by lipid surfaces. Thus, we hypothesized that lipidation intracellular secreted exceeds once lipidated, dimerizes. Fractionation cell lysate media size exclusion chromatography showed fully on nascent HDL VLDL respectively, while only 45% A-I lipidated. Secreted small LDL large respectively. particles containing both form after secretion from Huh7 hepatoma cells. Apo dimerizes intracellularly monomeric but associates with subsequently apolipoproteins have distinct post-secretory pathways hepatic dimerization in process formation. These early forms expected to follow different apolipoprotein-specific through remodeling reverse cholesterol transport.
