摘要: Disease prioritization exercises have been used by several organizations to inform surveillance and control measures. Though most methodologies for disease are based on expert opinion, it is becoming more common include different stakeholders in the exercise. This study was performed compare weighting of criteria, consequent zoonoses, both health professionals students Switzerland using a Conjoint Analysis questionnaire. The comprised public food safety experts, cantonal physicians veterinarians, while student group first-year veterinary agronomy students. Eight criteria were selected this elicitation literature review. These described 3-tiered scale, evaluated through choice-based questionnaire with 25 choice tasks. Questionnaire results analyzed obtain importance scores (for each criterion) mean utility values criterion level), latter then rank 16 zoonoses. While important groups "Severity humans", second ranked "Economy" "Treatment respectively. Regarding "Control Prevention", tended prioritize when preventive measures be 95% effective, prioritized if there almost no available. Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy top-ranked groups. Health agreed certain such as "Severity" but disagreed others or Prevention". Nonetheless, overall ranking lists similar, these may taken into consideration making future decisions regarding resource allocation prevention Switzerland.
