摘要: Data on diet quality in Croatian university students have been missing for more than 15?years. A food approach rather a nutrient appears appropriate to present knowledge and health. The aim of the study was evaluate (n = 663) with Mediterranean Dietary Quality Index (M-DQI) continental regions. M-DQI determined Quantified Food Frequency Questionnaire. minimum score is 0 maximum 14. higher indicates less healthy diet. same both regions (9.6) did not differ significantly. In category scores 8-14 were 84.0% 84.6% regions, respectively. Higher correlation observed macronutrient intakes micronutrient intakes. correlate trans-fatty acid intake. significant (negative) lycopene region only. body mass index M-DQI. Students from Mediterranean, had lower evaluated M-DQI, no difference according region.
