摘要: The acute renal failure is the frequent medical complication observed in liver transplant patients. objective of this study was to determine cause post A total 70 patients who underwent (cadaveric 52, live 18) transplantation were categorized based on clinical presentation into two groups, namely hepatorenal (HRF, n = 29), and Hepatic (HF, n = 41). All after had received tacrolimus, mycophenolate steroids. We analyzed modification diet disease, (MDRD) serum urea, creatinine albumin before 5th 30th day data survivors non-survivors group. In HRF survivor group, creatinine, urea levels high and, albumin, MDRD low pre- reached normal transplant, 79.3 % group showed resumption kidney function. On contrary nonsurvivor we did not any significant difference 20.7 % irreversible changes transplant. HF 82.9 % show deviation MDRD, whereas non 17.1 % HCV positive developed failure. 30th, significantly high. conclusion, these observations, an diagnosis treatment Acute important among cases early postoperative period.
