摘要: The recovery of methane from landfill gases and coal mines has become the utmost importance because a global-climate warming potential much higher than that carbon dioxide. Zeolite 13X is widely used for separation dioxide such sources. Accurate fits adsorption isotherms in zeolite are required rigorous simulation separation. In this work, generalized statistical thermodynamic (GSTA) model been to obtain very accurate correlation published set were measured 120 K 273 over pressure range 0.07 Pa 12.2 MPa. contrast, none five traditional models was capable fitting these isotherms. A thermochemical interpretation provided predictions isosteric heat made, which turn out be excellent agreement with available experimental data.
