摘要: Abstract In this work, we present an exclusive study on the effect of feeding ratio monomer (aniline) structural, thermal, mechanical and electrical properties polyaniline (PANI) polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) blends. The films obtained from blends are characterised to determine their surface structural morphology (elemental analysis, SEM FTIR), thermal (TGA DSC) optical (UV–Vis spectroscopy). We effects aniline composites by performing tensile, four probe A.C. conductivity measurements, respectively. images reveal a heterogeneous distribution conductive PANI particles in continuous PVA matrix. During experiment, tensile strength blend is maintained with increase amount (up 25 wt%), behaviour attributed intermolecular hydrogen bonding between presence surfactant DBSA. potential attraction experiment lies nature (of films), which found 10 −8 −3 S/cm percolation threshold 0.78 wt%.
