摘要: We present our functional experience with orthotopic bladder replacement in female patients dependent on the urethral resection line. Between November 1986 and July 1998 42 women underwent urinary tract reconstruction an ileal neobladder at institution: 26 radical cystectomy (RCx) subsequent anastomosis to urethra, 16 simple (SCx) preservation of neck. Fourteen 22 following RCx 3 14 neck-sparing void naturally. Clean intermittent catheterization is necessary 8 11 patients, respectively. Perfect continence no pads 1 year postoperatively was achieved 15 18 evaluable 10 neck sparing. Incontinence requiring one or more Subjectively satisfactory all surgery. Our conclusions are that as well a does provide results majority patients. However, line slightly influence rate incontinence requirement for catheterization. translate into lesser CIC, whereas sparing better rates.
