摘要: Objective To determine whether an educational intervention to change nursery practice would result in more inner-city parents placing their infants the supine position for sleep. Design We conducted semistructured interviews at 2-week health supervision visit with 1 convenience sample of before and a different after was positioning Setting University hospital clinic located urban setting. Results Before intervention, 41% that clinician had told them sleep compared 81% (odds ratio [OR], 6.1; 95% confidence interval [CI], 3.1-12.3). 37% staff placed position, 88% (OR, 12.5; CI, 5.7-27.7). 42% they usually home 75% 4.2; 2.1-7.9). Conclusion After well-newborn nursery, many sleep, suggests such may have impact on children
