摘要: The present study examined the impacts of sodium acetate (SA), acid pyrophosphate (SAPP), and citric (CA) on viability, proliferation, DNA damage isolated lymphocytes in vitro. 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assays were adopted to evaluate cell while comet assay was employed assess genotoxic effects. cells incubated with different levels SA (50, 100, 200 mM), SAPP (25, 50, 100 mM/L), or CA (100, 200, 300 μg/mL). treated tested food additives showed concentration-dependent decreases both viability proliferation. A increase LDH also observed. results indicated that SA, SAPP, increased percentage, tail length, moment a manner. current are cytotoxic
