摘要: Publisher Summary Breeding spring wheat for resistance to stem rust and leaf rusts other diseases has been in progress the United States fifty years. Resistant varieties, including durums, have grown on a smaller or larger scale longer shorter period during of about forty years immediately following past epidemics when durums largely supplanted bread whets parts area. In past, reasonably well protected against total twenty Physiologic races, which 15B is only one conspicuous example, repeatedly transferred varieties from resistant susceptible category. Everything possible should be done reduce number physiologic races through eradication alternate hosts. Extensive surveys must continued anticipate as much upsurge dangerous races. The base crop plants broadened. This requires world-wide search all genes that affect directly indirectly.
