摘要: The in vitro effect of prednisolone (PRD) on NK and ADCC activities human lymphocytes was investigated. PRD at concentrations ranging from 7.5 X 10(-3) to 1 10(-5) M significantly inhibited activity, while 10(-4) PBL when added directly the mixture effector target cells. Lymphocytes pre-cultured for 24 hr with 10(-6) showed significant suppression their activity. Inhibition proportional concentration drug, observed as early incubation various cell ratios several targets. also purified T cells, non-T NK-enriched In target-binding assays, decreased capacity a dose-dependent manner. PRD-induced inhibition could be reversed by incubating interferon or IL 2. Pretreatment targets 4 did not affect cytotoxic cytotoxicity due direct toxicity cells because treated normal spontaneous 51Cr release, viability after pre-culture comparable that untreated control These results demonstrate has immunomodulatory effects may clinical relevance.
