摘要: This study was performed to investigate if unexpectedly poor fertilization and in-vitro (IVF) outcome could be predicted using sperm morphology as diagnosed by the strict criteria. Sperm assessed in 137 IVF–ET cycles with at least three oocytes collected. The lowest amount of normal forms 5% samples, indicating there were no patients belonging ‘poor prognosis’ ( 14% forms) significantly higher (p  25% those (55.0%) post-swim-up ≤25% 25%. There a significant difference fertlization rates between (47.2%) Category A (60.2%) B (p < 0.05). clinical pregnancy rate 11.1% for compared 35.7% B. However, two categories. These results indicate that criteria provide reliable estimation fertilizing ability human spermatozoa. ICSI might considered avoid outcome.
