摘要: Ultrasonography is an effective and accurate diagnostic test for acalculous cholecystitis. Until recently, however, little attention was focused on the gallbladder wall as indicator of disease. By accurately visualizing measuring wall, ultrasonography can be used to screen patients in whom acute cholecystitis suspected. If measures 3.5 mm or greater, absence ascites, a diagnosis made safely with specificity greater than 98 percent. Four our five had ultrasonically measured walls width. We have found useful any clinical situation, even face ileus, jaundice pancreatitis. In addition, use portable real-time ultrasound machine, postoperative, traumatized other critically ill examined at bedside.
