摘要: The mechanisms of cyst formation and progressive enlargement have been the subject intense experimental investigation in both vivo vitro model systems. Animal studies focused on induction cystic disease various species by cystogenic chemicals, surgical renal cysts, genetic analysis. In production modulation cysts murine metanephric organ culture, study epithelial cell culture from natural tissue, established lines. Studies models identified hyperplasia, obstruction, basement membrane abnormalities fluid transport as potential pathogenic factors. It is suggested that similar factors operate human diseases. Theories generated can be synthesized into a working hypothesis pathogenesis formation.
