摘要: Globodera rostochiensis is one of the most important plant parasitic nematodes, worldwide. As a quarantine pest solanaceous crops, species often subjected to morphological and genetic analysis as well biological tests. They constitute basis for this nematode detection control. This paper presents results study on variability 16 populations golden potato cyst from Poland - producers using molecular techniques. The cluster based sequencing rDNA fragment showed slight differences among investigated various localizations country. ITS1 ITS2 regions were similar G. differed in 1-3% 1000-bp sequence. polymorphism RAPD technique also rostochiensis, indicating that climatic conditions mountainous area might have influence variability.
