摘要: Circadian rhythms are evolutionarily conserved anticipatory systems that allow the host to prepare and respond threats in its environment. This article summarizes a European Biological Rhythms Society (EBRS) workshop held July 2020 review current knowledge of interplay between circadian clock viral infections inform therapeutic strategies against SARS-CoV-2 COVID-19. A large body work supports role regulating various aspects replication, responses, associated pathogenesis. We evidence describing multifaceted clock, spanning susceptibility, antiviral mechanisms, resilience. Finally, we define most pressing research questions how our chronobiology can key translational priorities.
