摘要: The clinical and biologic significance of chromosomal aberrations has rendered cytogenetic investigations an indispensable tool in the diagnosis acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) (Seeker-Walker 1990; Pui et al. 1990b). Among changes adult ALL, Ph translocation t(4;11) are consistently found, have been shown to identify patients with extremely unfavorable prognosis. Moreover, presence any karyotypic alteration ALL seems imply a poor treatment outcome than without (Bloomfield 1986, 1989). Therefore, not only assessment frequency well-known rearrangements but also identification other abnormalities is required, importance findings must be evaluated relation clinical, morphologic, immunologic parameters. In this report on some these aspects will touched upon within discussion specific aberrations, including possible certain secondary Ph- positive ALL.
