摘要: OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of salvianolic acid B (SA-B) on cardiovascular endothelial cell function and platelet activation during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rabbits. METHODS A total 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into sham-operated group, group (untreated group) SA-B group. The hearts untreated underwent half an hour left anterior descending coronary artery (LADCA) occlusion via ligation technology, which was followed by 4 hours reperfusion to prepared injury model vivo. For animals not subjected LADCA. In treatment intravenously administered immediately after LADCA occlusion, other two groups given normal saline same way instead SA-B. jugular vein bloods collected before ligation, 1-, 4-hour reperfusion, respectively. content plasma nitric oxide (NO) determined nitrate reductase process. Radioimmunoassay applied detect endothelin (ET) count alpha-granule membrane protein-140 (GMP-140) surface identify platelet. RESULTS No significant difference observed sham contents NO ET (P>0.05), neither GMP-140 (P>0.05). detected 0.5 h significantly decreased compared with at corresponding time, they also much lower than that (P<0.05). showed a progressive decrease response reperfusion. However, remarkably increased ischemia as those further aggressive while both 1- respectively (P<0.01). CONCLUSION results show dysfunction occur rabbit vivo protects endothelium cells against inhibits
