摘要: The main aspects of sample preparation for the determination metals in food samples are here described. need a correct sampling and pretreatment, choice high purity reagents, control possible sources contamination taken into account. Sample digestion techniques treated: dry ashing, open wet digestion, closed microwave assisted UV photolysis digestion. Metal extraction by ultrasonic assistance direct analysis solid (or slurry) considered too. Several examples different foods, regarding all highlighted techniques, reported compared.
