摘要: UNLABELLED Heterocyclic amines get entry into human body mainly through ingestion of pan-fried meats cooked at high temperatures. Exposure the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) to ingested xenobiotics prior delivery liver may lead metabolic activation, which explain incidence GIT carcinogenesis. Therefore, this study investigated mutagenic activation 2 heterocyclic amines, 2-aminoanthracene (2-AA) and 3-amino-1-methyl-5H-prydo[4,3-b]indole (Trp-P-2), in rats. In addition, constitutive mRNA expression profiles xenobiotic-metabolizing enzymes (XMEs) rats were examined. Metabolic 2-AA was detected all tissues except duodenum rectum, it levels ileum cecum. Furthermore, we revealed Trp-P-2 jejunum. The phase I II rat corresponded with their ability. conclusion, our results suggest that different XME among contribute tissue-specific differences such as PRACTICAL APPLICATION This declares namely obtained xenobiotic metabolizing mutagenesis/carcinogenesis.
