摘要: Resume Deux cent quatorze souches de colibacilles (66,5 %) isolees entre 1982 et 1985 au Senegal Burundi dans des selles prelevees chez enfants atteints diarrhee aigue etaient resistantes a un ou plusieurs antibiotiques. Parmi elles, 149 (46,3 insensibles l'ampicilline produisaient une beta-lactamases plasmidiques. Les TEM-1, d'une maniere inattendue SHV-1, les plus frequentes toutes detectees. Elles produites respectivement par 49 % 32,2 souches. 132 parmi 322 etudiees, appartenaient serogroupes enteropathogenes frequemment que autres Cependant leurs phenotypes resistance la distribution qu'elles n'etaient pas differents ceux
