摘要: There are about 27.8 million hearing impaired people in China, and among them 137 thousand children under six. Traditional approaches of speech rehabilitation for using medical treatments at first subsequently following a training professional institutes, to make up the delayed development. It has been found that there some weaknesses traditional approaches.
