摘要: This article aims to show the results of review literature relevant studies causal elements intention leave in last five years (2009-2013). The method used evaluate was based on seven steps for research synthesis: problem formulation, search, obtaining information from studies, quality assessment analysis and integration results, interpretation evidence presentation results. 48 15 different countries with a sample 35804 employees companies were evaluated. findings suggest existence 89 variables influencing an organization. this study will allow researchers better understand that can be studied verify impact such as elements, but also see those have mediating effect between them predicting element employee turnover. makes three important contributions First, all parameters associated checked. Second, categorizes displays proportion interests scientific community whom studying turnover across leave. And thirdly provides clues organizations improve some its structural contextual features control
