摘要: In brief: Training on rebound exercise equipment (minitrampolines) is a popular new approach to aerobic conditioning, but its physiological benefits have been matter of debate. This study was designed determine if dancing an effective way improve capacity and body composition. A group previously sedentary college women who trained three times week for eight weeks showed 9% increase in max no significant change percent fat. control changes. The improvement similar results produced by conventional dance programs like intensity moderate comparison other established forms exercise.
