摘要: Abstract Regenerative medicine aims to restore form and function aged, injured, diseased tissues. One strategy that is gaining traction in vivo regenerative medicine. Many adult tissues possess stem progenitor cells are enlisted repair minor tissue damage after insult. However, the setting of disease, aging, or criticalsized injuries, microenvironment may lack structural elements, physical, and/or chemical cues required drive completion. Natural synthetic materials offer an opportunity facilitate process by restoring natural reparative capacity Using design criteria selected based upon understanding inductive niche naturally instruct cell behavior fate, it possible elicit implementing a cell-free approach. This review highlights recent studies assess biomaterials for applications demonstrate controlling function.
