In current system, critical gaps exist in collection vital information from patients transferring that to providers. The problems are particularly challenged lacking verbal communication or under other serious conditions. handover among medical staff can also introduce human errors which may place a patient's health life at risk. Radio frequency identification (RFID) kind electronic technology becoming widely deployed. RFID allows crucial personal be saved low-cost chip attached patient. This innovative has tremendous potential improve quality by eliminating ambiguity presented during patient-physician physician-physician interactions.
