摘要: Abstract A LOWTRAN 5 based flux model has been developed to calculate downwelling infrared irradiance from a clear night atmosphere onto horizontal or tilted surface. This is on the transmittance/radiance code which can radiance for user defined paths, atmospheric conditions and spectral intervals. Included in addition of zeroth order scattering approximation code, methods integrating calculated radiances over sky hemisphere obtain flux, method calculating at wavenumbers outside range 5. The accuracy this verified by comparison calculations radiosonde data with surface measurements taken concurrent ascent. Agreement excellent both surfaces deviation between being less than 4 per cent.
