摘要: The study of gas discharge phenomena dates back to the middle nineteenth century, with lamps, rectifiers and other tubes appearing early in twentieth century. It is a little surprising, therefore, rapid progress electronics electronic physics over last twenty years, especially solid state area, that we are today still considering devices for future applications, as modern competitor cathode ray tube.
